To help Be Underwater run smoothly and cover the cost of services, we charge a commission fee of 10% on each booking. This fee is automatically deducted from the total payment before the payout is sent to the dive center.
We offer three payout methods depending on your country and preference:

Your bank account information is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256). We never store your IBAN or account number in plain text. Only authorized Be Underwater administrators can access your details to process payouts, and all access is logged.
Payouts are processed two days after the diver completes their experience. For bank transfers and PayPal, allow an additional 1–3 business days for the transfer to reach your account.
The 10% commission is calculated from the booking total, which includes the price of the experience and any additional fees charged by the dive center. This amount is deducted before the payout is transferred to the dive center.
Be Underwater covers all Stripe payment processing fees for dive centers using Stripe, ensuring that dive centers receive their full payout after the 10% commission deduction.
